These terms explain the HopzyX Price Match Guarantee, offered by HopzyX Pvt Limited ("HopzyX", "we", "us"), a subsidiary of AROUNDYOU ENTERTAINMNET PRIVATE LIMITED. By submitting a price-match request, you agree to these terms.

What the guarantee is

a.The HopzyX Price Match Guarantee (the "Guarantee") applies to event tickets and cover charges you buy on HopzyX — on the HopzyX website or app.
b.If you find the same ticket at a lower price on another authorised ticketing platform, and your request qualifies under these terms, we'll refund you the difference.

What counts as the same ticket

a.The competing ticket must be for the identical event: same event, date, start time and venue.
b.It must be the same ticket type (for example Early Bird, General Entry, VIP, Couple or Stag), with the same entitlements (such as seating or table, cover-charge credit, entry window, drinks or inclusions) and the same quantity.

When to claim

a.You must find the lower price, and submit your request, within 24 hours of completing your HopzyX booking — and before the event starts.
b.At the time you submit the request, the lower price must be publicly available — visible to anyone, without a login-only, members-only or invite-only offer — and verifiable by us.

Which platforms and prices qualify

a.The competing ticket must be sold by a legitimate, authorised ticketing platform that the event organiser or venue has authorised to sell tickets for that event.
b.
These are not eligible:
- Resale or secondary-market listings, auctions, and tickets sold by private individuals.
- Prices that depend on a coupon or promo code, a bank, card, UPI or wallet offer, cashback, reward points or credits.
- Membership, loyalty, student, corporate, group or bulk prices, and bundles or packages.
- Prices shown only on the venue's own counter or at the door.
- Tickets that were free, complimentary, invite-only or part of a giveaway.

How the difference is worked out

a.We compare the total you paid on HopzyX for the qualifying ticket(s) — including booking fees and taxes — with the total price of the same ticket(s) on the competing platform, including its fees and taxes.
b.HopzyX coins you used count as part of what you paid. Any HopzyX discount or offer already applied to your booking is taken into account: we compare the amount you actually paid.
c.The refund is the difference between the two totals and never more than what you paid for those tickets on HopzyX.

How to claim

a.Contact HopzyX support (details below) within the time limit, with your HopzyX booking ID and a link to, or a screenshot of, the competing listing showing the event, ticket type, quantity and total price, and the date and time you saw it.
b.We'll check the details and tell you whether your request qualifies. We may ask for more information; if we can't verify the competing price, the request can't be approved.

Refund

a.If your request is approved, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days of approval. Where the original method can't receive it, we'll agree another way with you.
b.An approved refund doesn't change your booking — your tickets stay valid as booked.

Limits

a.One price-match request per customer per event.
b.Bookings that are cancelled, refunded or transferred are not eligible, and a booking cancelled after a price-match refund is refunded only for the balance still paid.
c.We may decline a request, or reverse an approved one, where we find misuse — for example a fabricated listing or repeated requests across accounts.

General

a.The Guarantee is part of, and subject to, the HopzyX Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
b.We may change or end the Guarantee at any time by updating this page. Changes don't affect requests already submitted, or bookings made before the change.
c.Our decision on whether a request qualifies is final, subject to your rights under applicable law — nothing in these terms limits those rights.
