Understanding our no-refund policy
All Sales are Final
We operate a strict no-refund policy. No refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances for event tickets, bookings, cover charges, or processing fees.
What This Policy Covers
This no-refund policy applies to all purchases made through HopzyX, including:
- Event tickets and bookings
- Cover charges and entry fees
- Service and processing fees
- Applicable taxes and surcharges
- Add-on services and upgrades
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
- Event cancellations or date/time changes by organizers
- Change of mind or personal plans
- Health issues, emergencies, or travel problems
- Artist, performer, or lineup changes
- Venue changes or entry denial
- Duplicate purchases or booking errors
- Dissatisfaction with event quality or experience
Hopzy Coins Policy
Cover charge payments are converted to Hopzy Coins and credited to your wallet.
Coins are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
Coins can only be used at the same venue where the original cover charge was paid.
Expired or unused coins cannot be refunded or converted back to cash.
Our Role as a Platform
HopzyX acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with event organizers and venues. We are not responsible for:
- Event execution, quality, or organizer decisions
- Venue policies, entry requirements, or denials
- Changes made by third-party organizers
Ticket Transfers: Some events may allow ticket transfers. Please contact the event organizer directly to check if transferring tickets to friends or family is an option.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical failures on our end (e.g., double charges due to payment gateway errors), we may review and address the issue on a case-by-case basis. To request a review:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide transaction ID, booking details, and proof of issue
- Allow up to 7-10 business days for investigation
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
