These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HopzyX mobile application and services provided by HopzyX Pvt Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), a subsidiary of AROUNDYOU ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our app, you agree to these Terms.
HopzyX is a ticketing platform that allows users to discover and book events, including purchasing cover charges at clubs. Payments made for cover charges are converted into coins, which can be used within the app.
To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Payments made through HopzyX are non-refundable.
Cover charge payments are credited to your wallet as Hopzy Coins.
Coins are valid only at the same club where the original cover charge was paid.
Coins must be used within 15 days. Unused coins will expire.
Event details, timings, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers. HopzyX is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or entry denials at venues.
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any unlawful or harmful activity, including fraudulent transactions or attempts to tamper with the system.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if we find violations of these Terms or misuse of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app following such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
HopzyX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
